Waaahhhh. Ganahan ta ko Nes but I just got word from my doc na I have weak knee joints na dili pwede ma-stress. Siete palabras. I can't take up running as an exercise.
jute, that's bad news! running in cebu is such a tough challenge since the island's terrain is very hills. anyway, okay lang if you do brisk walking.
